I'm so Ready to Leave Town

The packing continues. Last night we packed the tandem in its case. It went much better this time around. Then we weighed it! 56 lbs. So we took out the pedals, chain, one crank arm, and a seat. Depending on the scale we now are at or below the maximum 50 lbs. Tonight we will try packing the trailer and keeping it under 50lbs. I'm not sure what we will end up carrying on in order to keep the bags under the max weight. We are both getting quite excited to leave and wish that we could just do it now, but ......
